Written by Tony Schumacher and directed by Al Mackay, The Cage is a high-stakes crime drama set in a Liverpool casino, following two workers, Leanne (Sheridan Smith) and Matty (Michael Socha) who discover they are both secretly stealing from the same safe. Their schemes put them on a collision course with each other, a dangerous local gangster, and the police, turning their lives into a tense mix of risk, desperation, and unexpected connection.
