Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, The Lobster imagines a near future where single people are given 45 days to choose a mate or be transformed into an animal. When one desperate man (Colin Farrell) escapes to The Woods, he breaks every rule by falling for a fellow rebel (Rachel Weisz).
