SECOND FILM FROM ELEMENT PICTURES ADDED TO PROGRAMME FOR TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

Yorgos Lanthimos’ THE KILLING OF A SACRED DEER marks the second film from Element Pictures invited to play at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, following the previous announcement on July 25th, that Sebastian Lelio’s DISOBEDIENCE would be added to the programme.

Speaking on the selection at TIFF, Element Pictures Producer Ed Guiney commented that “it’s a real honour to have two films at this year’s Toronto Film Festival with the North American premiere of THE KILLING OF A SACRED DEER and the world premiere of DISOBEDIENCE. We are incredibly proud of both films and look forward to screening them to the wonderful Toronto audiences.”
